If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, any amount owed back to the customer will be handled appropriately.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Dayana Hair Care™, LaceLift™, our logos, original product names, original photographs, graphics, packaging, website content, marketing materials, slogans, and other proprietary content may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
No purchase gives the customer ownership of our intellectual property.
Unauthorized reproduction, commercial copying, counterfeiting, distribution, or exploitation is prohibited to the extent permitted by law.
FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY
We reserve the right to investigate suspected:

- Account abuse
- Promotional abuse
- False claims

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Nothing in these Terms prevents a customer from exercising legitimate rights available through their card issuer, payment provider, or applicable law.
However, Dayana Hair Care™ reserves the right to provide order records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, communications, photographs, policy acknowledgments, and other relevant evidence when responding to a payment dispute.
Knowingly making a false claim does not create a right to a refund.
